Max Panchuk, CPA is a Founding Partner of O’Brien & Panchuk, LLP. He manages client satisfaction, firm development, and business operations. Max is tax strategist, tax planner, a forensic accountant, and business valuation analyst. He graduated with Highest Honors from Cal State with a degree in Business Administration and Accounting. Max works with a variety of business entities at both the strategic and tactical level, including clients in the real estate development, service industries, and manufacturing.
Max assists Canadian investors with cross border tax matters. He has lived in three countries and works with clients from Australia to Western Europe to provide them with the highest quality U.S. tax planning and compliance. Prior to his career in accounting, Max was an active investor. He has been serving the Desert Cities and Inland Empire communities as an accountant and business consultant since 2003.
He oversees the business valuation segment of the practice that serves clients across southern California.Max is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the American Board of Forensic Accounting and a Board Member of the Fuller Center for Housing.
When Max isn’t busy making his clients happy, he enjoys auto racing, skiing, and Jiu Jitsu. Max also keeps busy following his 14-year-old daughter’s tennis and gymnastics programs.
